M&E Consultancy Services
– We can provide advice to developers and the like on suitable M&E
systems prior to specification writing.
Load Analysis
– We analyze the existing or proposed loads of a building in order to
determine the extent power supply requirements.
Applications – We
carry out all liaising and completion of documentation required to allow
installation of suitable electrical power supply.
Manage
– Working closely with the Statutory Authority and developer/builder, we
manage the installation of the new power supplies, and/or the removal of
redundant supplies.
Power Quality Analysis
– We set up our recording equipment to analyze the fundamental, and up
to the 12th Harmonic line current. From the recorded data we can advise
and manage any works that may be required to assist in the reduction of
over-heating in cabling and switchgear, and glitches in power supplies
throughout buildings.
Feasibility Reports
– We survey existing buildings and provide advice and budget costs on
any proposed M&E works.
Condition Reports

any existing systems, and provide budget costs on rectification works if
required to meet current standards.
Dilapidation Reports

Checking Role
– If appointed directly to the
developer we can review and make comment on M&E sub-contractor drawings
and calculations, in line with specifications and current standards.
This service can also be
provided to M&E sub-contractors, prior to submission of drawings and
calculation files to the clients checking consultant.
Clerk of Works
– Appointed directly to the developer we carry out the Clerk of Works
role, highlighting any deviation from Specification or Construction status drawings, and
indicate the general progress of the works.
General
– In instances where
developer/landlords do not have a maintenance team, we provide a
reactive service to identify and manage any rectification works required
on most Mechanical and electrical building services systems.
